TERMS & CONDITIONS

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge you agree to the terms and conditions on this page. If you have any issues with the T&C’s please let me know as soon as possible.

• After you have received your quote a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booking fee will be required to secure your date. The remaining amount is payable one week prior your event date (events that are booked less than a week in advance will require full payment).
  
  
• I will hold your date for 48 hours after which time, if no deposit has been received, the date will be released for other cutomers.
  If you have changed your mind, please let me know as soon as possible so I can make the date available for other customers.
  
  
• Your booking will be confirmed via email. If any details of the event change once you have booked, please let me know as soon as possible. I will try my best to accommodate your needs, however it may be difficult to adjust the date, time, or location on busy weekends.
  
  
• One week prior your event I will contact you via email to arrange the arrival details and to request remaining payment where applicable.
  
  
• For events cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances I will try my best to re-schedule to another date. In such case I will transfer the deposit to a future booking. For events cancelled less than one week prior the event date the full payment will be charged.
  
  
• Payments to be made by BACS, Card, or PayPal. An invoice can be provided on request. 

During The Booking:​

• Children waiting in line to be painted must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 
  
  
• Any behaviour considered to be inappropriate or offensive will result in that person/child not being painted.
  
  
• Any child exhibiting distress or confusion or an unwillingness to be seated will not be painted.
  
  
• If you wish to extend your booking while I am onsite, this may be possible depending on my other commitments. If I can stay for the additional time you require, this will be at my standard hourly rate and will require immediate payment prior to the extension commencement.
